In year 2000 Weaver added a 14,600-square-foot manufacturing facility next to an existing 40,400-square-foot plant and invested millions in new equipment. The expansion not only created additional space, but also additional capabilities. Such improvements are part of the Weaver commitment to investing in the kind of components needed to remain a leader in manufacturing and machining.

We have approximately 75,000 square feet of manufacturing facilities in two locations here in Wichita, KS. We have 3, 4, and 5 axis capabilities, for hard metals or high speed aluminum cutting, and also do large turning in the 60" - 125" range. Both facilities are temperature controlled for manufacturing.

We are fully AS9100, Rev. B:2004 approved and ensure strict compliance with our Quality Systems Procedures through continuous internal auditing.
MRP functions are handled by our Vista Business Management software. The software includes Quoting, Job Control, Scheduling, Inventory Control, Purchasing, Accounting and Data Collection with bar coding.
We are online with a dual T1 fiber optic connection for High Speed Access to Web Sites, FTP Sites, E-Mail and Other direct Links such as Boeing’s REDARS, PSDS, and S-Net. This allows us instant Access to Drawings, Specifications and Engineering Models.
