Weaver Manufacturing has been a leader in the industry for over 60 years. The company was founded in 1942 by Buck Weaver as one of the first tool and die shops in Wichita. We have built a solid reputation over the years for producing high quality, close tolerance machined parts as well as tooling and prototype work.
We have won awards from Boeing for Outstanding Quality Supplier, Quality Improvement Supplier of the Month, as well as other supplier recognition awards. We were nominated by Beech Aircraft Corporation as a SBA Subcontractor of the Year. We have also won awards for our cooperation with Boeing in developing the D1-9000 program.
In December 2005, Weaver Manufacturing continued to demonstrate a strong commitment to quality by receiving full registration to AS9100, Rev. B:2004 and ISO 90001:2000 We are very proud of our accomplishments.

Magazine Honors Weaver Manufacturing

Company's careful tracking of work pays off

Weaver Manufacturing in Wichita has long believed successful companies are ones that measure their performance.

So it keeps track of a long list of key indicators and keeps working to improve them.

Those efforts led the company to be named one of the nation's top 10 machine shops by American Machinist magazine in November.

"We were very proud of the team that we have here, and we also appreciate all the support our customers and our supply base has given us as well," said Weaver vice president David May. "You never win an award like that without having an outstanding team."
